Head of CRM


To bring the online sales and customer management function and its contribution to the business to the next level, expondo has decided to hire you as a Head of CRM.

Since the new strategic long-term objectives are set for rapid hyper, we are planning to win new customers and expand the share of wallet in existing markets and grow organically in new markets. The envisioned expansion will significantly increase the complexity of the business. Part of that winning strategy is to enable the future envisioned growth of expondo.

  • Creating a global CRM strategy which supports exponodo´s commercial agenda
  • Providing leadership of global CRM strategy, including setting objectives and own achievements for targeted customers’ segments
  • Defining requirements for effective use of the CRM and its infrastructure including Data-Warehouse leadership
  • Making sure the CRM is customer- focused and working to maximize its effectiveness for sales and distribution
  • Championing and driving through necessary CRM changes ensuring full buy-in from all stakeholders in the business
  • Working with external agencies and suppliers to ensure successful delivery of the CRM plan
  • Developing and unifying the approach to all customer initiatives throughout different functions, evaluating and enhancing end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Being a functional center of excellence and owner of the expondo Customer Experience, by supporting all 28 countries we are present in and providing best practices and guidelines
  • Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel, digital CRM marketing campaigns
  • Segmenting the CRM to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to our customers


  • You have minimum 5 years of professional expertise in a similar function as a Head of CRM besides solid leadership background
  • Fluent English
  • You have an in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of CRM solutions
  • You have a strategic approach with a keen eye for business strategy and goal setting
  • You have a good combination of analytics, segmentation and forecasting skills
  • You can easily work in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner
  • You have the 'Get it done' attitude
